Friday night, April 17, 2009, the Homebuilder’s Association of Raleigh held their annual M.A.M.E. (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) Awards Banquet at the Embassy Suites in Cary, to recognize outstanding achievements for 2008. It was a great evening for Standard Pacific Homes who won three prestigious awards.

Maggie Dnistran, the Sales Counselor at the Shiloh Grove subdivision in Morrisville, took the award for the “Sales Person of the Year.” In six months, Maggie sold and closed 27 entry-level townhomes, at a volume of $5,391,805. Maggie’s positive attitude, irrepressible enthusiasm and passion for seeing people achieve the “American Dream,” are all resources she used to accomplish selling at such a high velocity while the economic downturn was taking its toll on sales in other communities. To find out more regarding the Shiloh Grove neighborhood visit http://www.standardpacifichomes.com/new-homes/morrisville-raleigh-durham-shiloh-grove.html.

Standard Pacific won the Gold Award for “Best Product Design for an Attached Home $300,001 – $400,000,” for their Live-Work Barrister Model. The Barrister has an abundance of stylish details including a separate covered entrance for a low-foot traffic business operation including nearly 700 sf. of office space, storage and a bathroom facility. The main living area occupies the second and third floors with an elevator feature that allows easy access to living areas upstairs. On the main level there is a divine kitchen with black granite counters overlooking the family room with its stone fireplace and built-in bookshelves. The owner’s retreat, also on the main level has a large walk-in closet and magnificent bathroom with a vaulted ceiling, black granite counters, and a separate water closet. More information about the Barrister and Live-Work collection can be found at http://www.standardpacifichomes.com/new-homes/raleigh-raleigh-durham-lennox-at-brier-creek-live-work-collection.html.

Standard Pacific also won a Gold Award for the “Best Product Design for a Detached Home $175,001 – $250,000,” for their Emery model located at Brightleaf Crossing in the Brightleaf Master Planned Community. The open floor plan of the main level allows for a beautiful flow of the kitchen and breakfast area with its tranquil bay window to the large family room. The entry leaves a lasting impression with a dramatic archway to the dining room and a view of the winding oak rail staircase to the second floor. On the second level, the owner’s retreat is generous with space and class including a tray ceiling and a striking master bath with detailed tile and a large walk-in closet. To find out more about the Emery and the other homes in Brightleaf Crossing please visit http://www.standardpacifichomes.com/new-homes/durham-raleigh-durham-brightleaf-crossing.html.
