The restaurant’s sole focus is on providing excellent, authentic dishes that cater to college students and locals seeking variety in their dining.
At first glance, the restaurant is unremarkable and sits at the back of a nondescript shopping mall. Once you enter there’s a small dining area that is reminiscent of functional eateries found in major metropolitan areas. The stripped down amenities are clearly a sign that the restaurant is appealing to the on-the-go student lifestyle. Before you get depressed let me get to the real star of the show: the food!
Your meal will undoubtedly impress. I’ve taken friends of various kinds there to sample and give their opinion. All of them now dine their periodically and recommend it to their circle of friends. The portions are generous and delicious. The ingredients are fresh and inspired. Each dish shows a careful touch that seems almost homemade. Well, it just so happens that an inside source told me that the owner’s mother is in the back adding a little love to each dish! Some of their best meals include the Red Curry with coconut milk, the Drunken Noodles and the Veggie Medley Noodles.
I recommend getting takeout and enjoying your tasty Thai with a great movie. It’s just around the corner from Brightleaf Crossing!
