Ann Gowarty, recipient of a National Gold Award for being a member of the “Best Sales Team” in the United States for 2008, recently rejoined the Standard Pacific Homes Carolinas Division. Ann originally joined Standard Pacific’s Team in May 2005 and was named the MAME Rookie Salesperson of the Year for 2006. Gowarty is now a Sales Representative at Lennox at Brier Creek, where Standard Pacific has four distinct townhome collections including the Live-Work, Designer, Signature and Country Club ranging from $189,900 to the mid $300’s.
Winning is becoming habitual for the Sales Team at Standard Pacific Homes. They have started 2009 with awards for Highest Dollar Volume and Most Homes Sold in Wake County’s Attached Products for the month of January going to Maggie Dnistran and Highest Dollar Volume and Most Homes Sold for Two Agents or More for the month of January going to Allison Stacey and Scott Brownell.
Maggie began selling at Shiloh Grove Townhomes, located in Morrisville, in May of 2008 and has won the award for Most Sales for the months of August, September, October and November 2008. Shiloh Grove Townhomes feature five floor plans with two to three bedrooms and square footage ranging from 1,293 to 1,460, priced from $146,900.
Allison and Scott have been selling as a team at Renaissance Park since December 2008. Renaissance Park, located in Raleigh has both Single Family homes with square footage ranging from 2,615 up to 3,329 priced from $246,900, and Townhomes ranging from 1,248 to 1,775 with basements available, priced from $134,900.
